Our Alt is a much stronger version of the traditional Dusseldorf Altbiers.  An ancient style from the Rhineland, Altbiers are ales that were virtually wiped out by German lagers in the 1800′s.  We use plenty of European hops and German pilsner malts to brew a remarkably clean beer.  We then rest it in the cooler for two months to achieve the mellow finish that is the Uberalt’s trademark.  ABV 8.5%

This crisp, refreshing summer seasonal is brewed with Texas Ruby Red grapefruit, the signature citrus of the Rio Grande Valley.  Tartness from the grapefruit and a delightul kick from ginger combine for a taste that’s perfect for hot summer days.  Its deep gold color and full body come from pure Munich malt and Mt. Hood, Citra, and Cascade hops balance the flavor well.

Paulaner Hefe-Weizen Natural Wheat is the best-selling beer by the Paulaner Brewery.  The specially bred and patented top-fermented yeast is what gives it its unmistakeable flavour: frizzy, mild and fruity with a delicate aroma of yeast and the slightest hint of banana – that’s our amber-coloured Hefe-Weizen Natural Wheat.  Because it is not filtered during the brewing process, it retains its originality and many vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Paulaner Salvator is dark, full-bodied and strong, and wonderfully malty in flavour and aroma – a perfectly balanced, round, quaffable stout specialty.  7.9%
