St. Elmo Whiskey starts with a traditionally distilled straight bourbon that is then infused with natural dark cherry and bourbon vanilla beans. It has a balanced flavor with a slightly sweet, yet rich cherry flavor on the front and a smooth vanilla finish. Although it is an infused whiskey, at 88 proof it is a robust spirit that blends perfectly in cocktails. It is often served on the rocks with a dash of bitters for a Manhattan or the way we serve it in St. Elmo Steak House with a splash of cola to recreate our signature Elmo Cola.
