Doundrins Honey Liqueur is a sweet honey-forward spirit that is made with local honey. The honey for our spirit comes from Gentle Breeze out of Mt Horeb, which is less than an hour from the distillery. It is one of our most versatile spirits. You can use it as the main spirit in a cocktail for something like our famous “O-face” which combines orange juice and heavy cream with our Honey Liqueur for a delightful cocktail that is good for any occasion. The Honey Liqueur can also be used to compliment any of our other spirits or ones you may have in your liquor cabinet at home.
